You see real quickly what is yours to carry and what is not. You do what you can and let go of what you can't and often get a real quick refresher on forgiving yourself, and others, for perceptions of failure, guilt and/or shame that are just a waste of energy and serve no purpose. You recognize you must carry your end and that others must carry theirs and if yours is too heavy you have to lighten it up and there is no two ways about it. You find that when two meet that have lightened their bags enough to free up a hand to join with the other life is amazingly sweet. And you learn to shoot for the smaller conquests in your world and value each and every little achievement with far more appreciation and joy than ever before.
The weekend ahead is looking much more relaxed so enjoy your day and try not to let the molehills fool you into believing they are mountains.
